Refund Policy

RentBiz ERP is a cloud-based Dress Rental CRM and Billing Software owned and operated by SAKSHI INFOTECH. This Refund Policy explains the conditions under which refunds may be granted.

2. Free Trial

RentBiz ERP offers a 30 Days Free Trial period for evaluation purposes. Users are encouraged to thoroughly test the software before purchasing a subscription.

3. Refund Eligibility

Refund requests may be considered within 7 days of payment only if:

• Service activation fails due to our fault.
• The software remains inaccessible due to technical issues caused by us.
• The purchased service cannot be delivered by SAKSHI INFOTECH.

4. Non-Refundable Services

The following payments are generally non-refundable:

• Subscription renewals already activated.
• Custom software modifications.
• Training and implementation services.
• Data migration services.
• Third-party service charges.

5. Refund Request Process

To request a refund, customers must contact our support team with:

• Registered Email Address
• Transaction Reference Number
• Reason for Refund Request

6. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds are generally processed within 7 to 14 business days depending on the payment method and banking system.

7. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Customers agree to contact SAKSHI INFOTECH before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute. Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may result in suspension or termination of services.

8. Subscription Cancellation

Customers may discontinue using RentBiz ERP at any time. Cancellation of service does not automatically qualify for a refund unless covered under this policy.

9. Limitation of Liability

Refunds, if approved, shall be limited to the amount actually paid by the customer for the affected service. SAKSHI INFOTECH shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses.
