Welcome to RentBiz ERP. RentBiz ERP is a cloud-based Dress Rental CRM and Billing Software owned and operated by SAKSHI INFOTECH. By accessing or using RentBiz ERP, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials and account information.

5. Free Trial

RentBiz ERP may provide a 30 Days Free Trial for evaluation purposes. Trial access may be modified, restricted or discontinued at the sole discretion of SAKSHI INFOTECH.

6. Subscription & Payments

Paid subscriptions must be renewed before expiry. Failure to renew may result in suspension of software access. All payments are processed through authorized payment gateway providers.

7. Acceptable Usage

No unauthorized access attempts.
No malicious activities.
No software abuse.
No illegal business usage.
No account sharing without authorization.

8. Intellectual Property

RentBiz ERP, including software code, branding, designs, logos, CRM modules and related materials are the exclusive intellectual property of SAKSHI INFOTECH.

9. Data Security

Reasonable security measures are implemented to protect customer information. However, no internet-based service can guarantee absolute security.

10. Service Availability

SAKSHI INFOTECH strives to provide uninterrupted access to RentBiz ERP. Temporary interruptions may occur due to maintenance, upgrades or technical issues.

11. Suspension & Termination

SAKSHI INFOTECH reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts if payment remains overdue, terms are violated or fraudulent activity is detected.

12. Limitation of Liability

SAKSHI INFOTECH shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential or business losses resulting from the use or inability to use RentBiz ERP.

13. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of these services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India.
